Where Food Lovers Feast
Taste of Dublin in partnership with Electrolux will return to the stunning Iveagh Gardens from 14 – 17 June 2018. Over four indulgent days the city’s latest, greatest and hottest restaurants will each fashion together exquisite signature dishes, allowing you to create your dream tasting menu at the ultimate foodie festival.
Ireland’s food culture is more diverse and more influenced by international cuisine than ever before and to reflect this shift, our theme for 2017’s festival was ‘Flavours of the World’. Visitors experienced a strong international dimension with demo chefs and restaurants incorporating a foreign cuisine element into their menu, be it a foreign twist on an Irish classic or simply an international favourite cooked by some of the greatest chefs and restaurants operating in this country. As always, all dishes will be of the very highest quality and everyone who attends will be in for a uniquely special experience!
Finally, you’ll have the chance to mingle with award-winning chefs and like-minded foodies. Enjoy a host of interactive demos and masterclasses, inspiring culinary talks, beer and wine tasting, or simply relax and enjoy live entertainment. Taste of Dublin – ‘Where Food Lovers Feast’
