Aoife Noonan, from Dublin, is the Executive Pastry Chef of John Farrell’s Dublin restaurant empire; comprising 777, Super Miss Sue, The Butcher Grill, and the Restaurant Association of Ireland’s Best Restaurant in Ireland 2016; Luna.
Aoife was the Head Pastry Chef of Ireland’s only two Michelin starred Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud in Dublin for nearly four years before taking on a new role and becoming Executive Pastry Chef in 2016.
Winner of the Valrhona Patisserie Championship, she has trained in the world renowned Valrhona L’Ecole du Chocolat in Paris and has become regularly accustomed to giving demonstrations and patisserie masterclasses, as guest chef tutor in Lynda Booth’s Dublin Cookery School in Blackrock and various food festivals in Ireland.
Aoife has featured in the Irish Times, Image Magazine, Sunday Times, Dublin Tourist Magazine, John & Sally McKennas’ Guides and also regularly features on TheTaste.ie and the Today Show on RTE.
Aoife has a love of exploring simple flavours that use classic patisserie techniques with a contemporary twist.
